The BEACON Registry is an ongoing multicenter registry of patients presenting to the hospital with chest pain. It is designed to describe the current state of the art in chest pain evaluation managment, as well as determine the optimal approach to diagnosis and treatment in this high risk but extremely varied population.

This site represents an opportunity for discussion regarding the early evaluation and therapy of patients presenting to the hospital with acute chest pain. We welcome your commentary on your experience and suggestions.
